What is a heart attack?

Cardiovascular disease are diseases that are related to the heart.

It involves the narrowing of the arteries which carry blood to the heart over a period of time.

The narrowing of the arteries happen with a building up of a substance called plaque inside the arteries resulting in the arteries getting narrower.

When the arteries become narrow, it becomes difficult for the blood to reach the heart resulting in the formation of blood clot which untimately leads to a heart attack or a stroke.

Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes for deaths around the world.

Sedentary lifestyle coupled with smoking, no sleep, unhealthy diet are the causes of cardiovascular diseases in human beings.

Every year millions of people around the world die because of Heart Attack.
